Barbara Pfeiffer

Always helping and never sleeping.

Barbara is a specialist in B2B marketing strategies for the small to medium business sector and is a highly regarded speaker on the subject.

In her ten years as a marketing executive with Microsoft, she successfully launched several new initiatives, including channel training and through channel marketing programs.  She continues to team with Microsoft and, in 2005, developed and introduced the respected Marketing Essentials program for Microsoft partners.

Before joining the Nurture Institute, Barbara launched her own successful marketing firm dedicated to helping small and medium business owners expand their business through advanced marketing techniques.

In her spare time, Barbara applies the principles of B2B marketing to fundraising efforts as Vice President of a national not for profit organization. Under her leadership, the organization’s budget has doubled in two years.

From Barbara’s colleagues at the Nurture Institute:

What best describes Barbara is that she thinks with her head and her heart. In everything she does, they both must be nourished. What drives her is simply helping people. She works tirelessly here to help clients here at the Nurture Institute and continues with her volunteer work for cancer research.

Barbara works seven days a week, though she’ll be the first to admit she is not a morning person. A typical day finds her writing and reviewing marketing collateral, interviewing clients, consulting with CEOs, strategic consulting, writing meeting agendas, responding to e-mails, guiding businesses, creating strategic plans, attending a bunch of meetings, and somehow manages sleeping! We think she secretly changes in the phone booth before she comes to work but we haven’t proven it – yet.
